There are 10 Pavilion Suites bungalows (7 Doubles & 3 twins with a superfluous area of 50 sq. m.), 3 Pavilion Seaview bungalows (3 twins, 60 sq. m.), 12 Executive Pavilion bungalows (Jacuzzi Villa) all scattered around a well maintened luxurious tropical garden.

70 Guest-Rooms are comfortably furnished and located in either the hotel or in traditional style Bungalows scattered through the resort’s garden. Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning with a remote control, a bathtub shower, hot and cold water, toiletries, satellite television, IDD telephone, private balcony/terrace, coffee corner, mini bar and hair dryer.

Its a nice hotel, if you dont mind about too much service. The food is very nice, as the location, as its directly at the beach. Nearly directly, as you have to walk over one small street. But the service was very weak, the room service forgot 24 hours to pick up the dishes, until it was full over ants. In the end i had to bring it personaly to one staff. I would have not mind, if they really would not have seen the dirty dishes, but the room service moved it from one corner in an other corner. Also the swimming pool was dirty, we found glass bottles in the water, as plenty of stones. The pool bar, was sometimes closed at 4 pm, then again 5 pm, then again 6 pm. After asking for drinks, it was told us they dont sell drinks after 4 pm, what was not true, as the first day we bought a drink at 6 pm. Very unusually for me was, that usually hotels are also friendly to thai people, as we were traveling in a group with 4 other thais, and the hotel was not very friendly to them, asked them every day for their key cards, as ignored them when they wanted to order. So yes its a nice hotel, if you dont mind about staff and service. Review Mr. Son Le.

A very nice resort, and children friendly. The only thing that was bad was the room cleaning and the restaurant sometimes. Our smallest child wet the bed one time, but it took 2 days before the bed clothing was changed. The restaurant made really good food, but many times some of us had finished our meals before the others got their food. For example, it took 20 minutes to get 2 orders of chicken and steamed rice, but 10 minutes to get a steak. But, on the whole, we had a really really good stay at Golden Beach Resort.Review Christian Våhlin.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and in walking distance of the small town with lots of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Villa which was beautiful and very stylish and even better, right in front of the beach, so we had great views. Also the massage service at the hotel was heavenly, the pavillion was also in front of the beach so you could enjoy a soothing massage while listening to the waves rippling on the shore….When you walk to the end of the beach towards the mountain you can enjoy watching the monkeys coming out of the forest to play on the beach if you re lucky. Great experience!
