The hotel was stunning situated off the beaten track on the beach! The food excellent, be sure to ty the spring rolls, they truly are the best i have ever tasted!The staff were very friendly and helpful.We would return here.The hotel is not on the main busy beach area but with a scooter you can be there in 10 mins and was nice and quiet.

Lobby and Business Center In our lobby and business center you may surf the internet either with a high speed connected desktop or with your own wireless equipped desktop. Cold and Hot Drinks or other refreshments are available. For any other requests or inquiries our helpful personnel will assist and support you any time.

The rooms and maids are generally good however the total experience was not good enough to return. Not even close to enough sun-beds by the pool. Many things on restaurants menu out of stock even in peak season. One of the staff (ladyboy) extremely poor and seemed annoyed by having to work. Cook seemed to do her best with what she had… Breakfast seemed like leftovers from the day before. The foreign manager obviously observed the poor service but did nothing to improve it. Not a place we will return. Beach below resort not usable for swimming.

Ao Namao is more or less only a pier for traveling to the islands. After a couple of days we had most of our meals and drinks at the Krisda Villa which is only a few hundred meters away. Extremely good service and a great chef.
